    Proposal and site assessment

    Receive a detailed fee proposal within a week and a thorough assessment to determine the development approach, ensuring your project starts on solid ground.

    Design and review

    We meticulously measure and draft initial designs, including 3D renders, then collaboratively review and refine these plans to align perfectly with your expectations.

  • 04

    Finalisation and council submission

    Finalise designs and engage necessary consultants to ensure every detail is in place, then confidently submit your plans to the council or a private certifier.

  • 05

    Approval and handover

    Once council approvals and construction certificates are secured, we smoothly transition your project to the builder, marking the start of bringing your design to life.

What you will receive.

  • Schematic plans - including 3d renders.

  • Working closely with recommended external consultants required for plans and council approval. **Additional fees will apply and will need to be paid directly to consultants.**.

  • Provide fully dimensioned floor plans, elevations and sections in a full set of council required drawings ready for council submission.

  • Submission of plans directly to council or a private certifier. Please note that council or certifier fees are not included in our quote.

  • Monitoring progression of council lodgement and support of any additional information or requirements for approval.

  • Statement of Environmental Effects.

Expected timeframe: 6-8 weeks from time of engagement through to lodgement of CDC or DA.
